Last updated: August 2026. This is a preliminary notice for the early-access phase of SHOP MERCOSUR and will be expanded before the shop launches.

What we collect

If you join the early-access list, we store the data you submit: your email address, optionally your first name, and — if you choose to tell us — the product categories you are interested in. Producers who register interest additionally provide name, company, country, website/Instagram and product category.

How we use it

We use this data for one purpose: to contact you about SHOP MERCOSUR — in particular the first product drop and the development of the platform. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in private, access-controlled storage operated on our behalf by our hosting provider (Vercel). Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) may be processed for security and operation of the site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send with a single click. Contact us via the address in the Imprint.
